As members of the community’s we work in we take great pride in our surroundings. Our influence on the environment is foremost in our thoughts and therefore we take exhaustive effort to recycle as much of your waste as possible limiting its negative impact on our ecosystem. Not always is recycling an option but whenever possible we make every attempt to do so.
There is now more options than ever to recycle with continued growth and expansion of these markets and we have chosen to partner with true leaders in our industry that have focused on the future, never forgetting that we are not in this alone and without the support of the entire waste stream none of us will be truly successful at the goal of a cleaner environment. Our goals are not those directed at providing numbers that look good on paper but ones that provide a true impact on our ecosystem.
Currently a vast majority of your waste is hauled to a number of different transfer stations equipped with multi – million dollar processing lines that recycle as much of the waste stream as markets will allow. Items that are currently recycled at these single sort transfers include, concrete, wood, metal, cardboard, paper, and roofing, just to name a few. These facilities accept the construction waste in a single container and use their sorting line to separate the stream as it comes in all but eliminating the need for on-site sorting with multiple containers. As well Lepage and Sons has material specific markets that include vinyl/metal siding, brush and yard waste, wood, concrete/asphalt, clean fill, paper and cardboard, all types of metals, commercial roof rock, carpet and carpet padding, organic waste, all types of roofing materials. Some of these even provide a finical return to you the customer, we here at LePage have always and will continue to, negotiate the markets on your behalf to achieve top dollar and pass this directly back to you the customer.
Furthermore should you have job specific requirements such as LEED, and MN B3 Guidelines we can help to develop a construction waste management plan and provide you with the information and documentation to satisfy these requirements and help to insure you meet your recycling goals.
